Time to think
The Health line gives out information on how to relive stress and calm down. Sometimes you might not feel really stressed but our bodies can show us signs that we need to slow down and just take some time think and let it out. Your body may be sore, muscles tight, tired eyes, feeling down or depressed, higher anxiety, and more depending on the person.
Sometimes we all just need 15 minutes to sit, take some deep breathes, and think about the positive things in our lives. I feel like my head is always thinking and I forget about the best things in my life. So sitting down, and thinking about all the things I love, all that I am blessed with, really makes things a little easier.
If you want to go further you can meditate, take a bath, take a long shower, do some yoga, sit in the sun, go for a walk. sit by the lake or ocean, and just be in nature or at least away from distractions and technology.
