Time to think
Taking time to think and relax can really do wonders for for the mind and body. When our mind is going crazy all the time thinking about school, homework, work, home-life, chores, and bills, we can forget about other important things and we can wear ourselves out. Sometimes you might not feel really stressed but our bodies can show us signs that we need to slow down and just take some time think and let it out. Your body may be sore, muscles tight, tired eyes, feeling down or depressed, higher anxiety, and more depending on the person.
